Archi House Design attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Data collected

• Quote form: name, phone number (optional), project type and the message you enter. This information is not stored on the website: it is used to prepare a WhatsApp message that you send yourself.
• Direct contact: if you write to us via WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you send us (number, email address, content of the exchanges, any plans or photos).
• Technical data: like any website, hosting servers may record technical logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed).
• Language preference: your language choice is stored in your browser's local storage; it is never sent to our servers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your requests and preparing a quote (pre-contractual measures, at your request).
• Carrying out and following up your project if you become a client (performance of the contract).
• Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.

4. Cookies and trackers

This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. If we add one in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be collected where required by law.

5. Third-party services

• Google Fonts: the website fonts are loaded from Google servers, which may therefore receive your IP address.
• WhatsApp (Meta): messages are sent on the WhatsApp platform, which is subject to its own privacy policy.
• Instagram and Facebook: links lead to social networks governed by their own terms.

6. Recipients

Your data is intended only for Archi House Design and, where necessary for your project, its collaborators or service providers bound by confidentiality. It may be processed by the technical providers mentioned above (host, Google, WhatsApp).

7. Retention period

Exchanges related to a quote request are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then for a reasonable period of commercial follow-up, unless you ask for their deletion. Data relating to a completed project is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the applicable legal periods.

8. Your rights

Under Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your data.
